I’m Jefferson Pereira,

I’m a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with one clear goal:

To coach and guide individuals toward real, functional movement as well as physical and mental longevity.

My approach blends fitness training with rehab principles—so you not only build strength and aesthetics, but also move better, feel better, and live pain-free. Whether you’re training for performance or simply want to enjoy life without nagging aches, I’m here to help you function at your best—in and out of the gym.

My interest in movement started at an early age when I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader—sports that demanded precision, body control, and resilience. That foundation shaped my understanding of the human body and sparked my passion for performance and recovery. I know what it’s like to push your body—and what it takes to care for it.

    Strength and aesthetic training built on function, not fads. We’ll avoid common mistakes that lead to poor posture and joint stress while dialing in movements that support long-term performance.

  • Rehabilitation Protocols:
    Easy-to-follow rehab plans with written and visual guides. You’ll learn massage techniques, PNF methods, and targeted exercises to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore balance.

Every program I design is intentional, challenging, and sustainable. You’ll move smarter, feel stronger, and build a body that works as good as it looks.
